2History
Domaine Jean-Baptiste Boudier is based in Aloxe-Corton, the northernmost commune of the Côte de Beaune — where the Corton hill is shared with Pernand-Vergelesses and Ladoix-Serrigny. The estate works five parcels across four communes, including two Grand Cru sites on that hill.
Winemaking Approach
The holding of both Corton Renardes and Corton-Charlemagne gives the estate a rare dual footing in Corton's red and white Grand Cru production. Three Premier Cru parcels in Pernand-Vergelesses and Savigny-lès-Beaune round out the range. Little detail circulates publicly about cellar methods.
