Les Marconnets is a premier cru *climat* in Beaune, the historic wine capital at the heart of the Côte de Beaune. Beaune's premier cru belt encircles the town on its western and northern slopes — Les Marconnets sits at the northern edge, near the boundary with Savigny-lès-Beaune, which has its own Les Marconnets parcel immediately adjacent. The name likely shares a common root with the Savigny site, suggesting the two parcels were historically treated as a continuous stretch of ground.
Pinot Noir, red only. Registered holdings total approximately 2.99 ha across 3 owners — a compact parcel with the northern exposure that characterises Beaune's upper-slope sites. The wines tend toward firmer structure and darker fruit than the more southerly Beaune premiers crus.
