History
Domaine Pierrick Bouley is a Volnay-focused estate operating out of Beaune. The domaine's eight Premier Cru parcels are distributed across four communes — Volnay above all, with supplementary holdings in Monthélie and Beaune — reflecting the kind of Côte de Beaune spread typical of producers rooted in this part of the slope.
Winemaking Approach
Eight parcels, all Premier Cru, all Pinot Noir. The concentration on Volnay — five of the eight holdings lie within the appellation — shapes the portfolio around that village's signature: silky texture, floral lift, and the earthy depth of Clos des Chênes and En Champans. The Santenots parcel, physically in Meursault but entitled to the Volnay Premier Cru name when planted to Pinot Noir, rounds out the Volnay bloc.
