Le Bas des Teurons is a premier cru in Beaune, the historic wine capital of the Côte de Beaune. Beaune rings its medieval town center with an extensive belt of premier cru vineyards — Le Bas des Teurons occupies a lower section of that belt, adjacent to the better-known Les Teurons above.
