Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre is a Chablis estate run by the Fèvre family — a surname with deep roots in the appellation. Based in Chablis town, the domaine works parcels across the Chablis Premier Cru and Grand Cru hierarchy.
Winemaking Approach
Four parcels across four communes give the estate a coherent Chablis identity: a Grand Cru holding in Preuses (2.30 ha) anchors the range, while three Premier Crus — Fourchaume, Vaulorent, and Mont de Milieu — cover the northern and central Premier Cru belt. The Kimmeridgean limestone soils common to all four sites provide the shared mineral foundation that runs through the estate's wines.
