Aux Fournaux is a premier cru in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Côte de Beaune. Savigny-lès-Beaune lies northwest of Beaune along a small valley, with terroirs split between two facing slopes — one leaning toward the Côte de Nuits in character, the other toward Beaune.
Pinot Noir, red only. Premier cru rules apply: minimum density 9,000 vines/ha, yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha. Recorded holdings total approximately 2.45 ha across seven producers.
