History
Domaine Hudelot-Baillet is a small Chambolle-Musigny estate working 4 parcels entirely within the commune and its immediate Grand Cru border with Morey-Saint-Denis. Chambolle-Musigny produces the most delicate and perfumed reds of the Côte de Nuits — and Bonnes-Mares, the estate's single Grand Cru holding, sits at the more structured, tannic end of that village's spectrum.
Winemaking Approach
A compact portfolio: one Grand Cru and three Premier Crus, all in Chambolle. The Bonnes-Mares parcel (0.18 ha) is tiny but places the domaine at the appellation's highest level. Les Charmes (0.63 ha) is the estate's largest and most commercially visible holding.
