レ・ピュイエ
コート・シャロネーズ地区のメルキュレに位置するレ・ピュイエは、この村を代表する一級畑の一つである。栽培面積は合計で18.42ヘクタールにおよび、そのうち一級格付けに指定されている区画は7.12ヘクタールとなっている。この畑はコミューンの南東部に位置しており、標高230メートルから280メートルの斜面に広がっているのが特徴である。土壌は主にジュラ紀後期のオックスフォーディアン期に形成された石灰岩と粘土質で構成されている。主な所有者には、シャトー・ド・シャミィやシャトー・ド・サントネーが名を連ねている。傾斜のある地形と土壌組成が、この一級畑の個性を形作る重要な要素となっている。
Les Puillets is a premier cru in Mercurey, the largest commune of the Côte Chalonnaise. Mercurey produces mostly red wines with a smaller share of whites — Les Puillets falls within that red-dominant tradition.
Pinot Noir, red only. Standard premier cru conditions: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, yields in the 45–48 hl/ha range, minimum potential alcohol of approximately 11.0–11.5%.
