Profile

History

Château de Chamilly is a Mercurey estate in the Côte Chalonnaise. Mercurey is the largest commune of the Chalonnaise and leans heavily toward red wine, though the château holds parcels in neighboring Montagny as well — adding a Chardonnay dimension to a predominantly Pinot Noir identity.

Winemaking Approach

Three Premier Cru parcels across 2 communes. Production is small and tightly focused.
