レ・クロワショ
コート・シャロネーズ地区のメルキュレ村に位置するレ・クロワショは、このアペラシオンを代表するプルミエ・クリュの一つである。栽培面積は7.12ヘクタールを擁し、複数の有力なドメーヌがこの畑を分割所有している。主な所有者には、1.6ヘクタールを保持するドメーヌ・ド・シュルマンをはじめ、ブルーノ・ロレンゾン、ミシェル・サラザン、トゥーロ・ジュイヨ、ド・トレモー、シャトー・ド・サントネイが名を連ねる。各生産者がそれぞれの区画を管理し、テロワールの特性を反映させたワイン造りを行っている。村内のプルミエ・クリュの中でも重要な位置付けにあり、主要な所有者の顔ぶれからも、この土地が持つポテンシャルの高さと歴史的な重要性がうかがえる。
Les Croichots is a premier cru climat in Mercurey, situated in the Côte Chalonnaise. Mercurey carries more premier cru classifications than any other commune in the Chalonnaise — over two dozen — and Les Croichots belongs to that network of named sites spread across the hillsides east of Chalon-sur-Saône.
Les Croichots covers approximately 1.60 ha, planted to Pinot Noir. Six producers share the climat. Domaine de Suremain holds the full registered area (1.60 ha), while the remaining five producers work parcels not separately measured in the available records. Premier cru rules apply: 9,000 vines/ha minimum, yields capped around 45–48 hl/ha.
