ラ・ボンデュ

La Bondue is a premier cru *climat* in Mercurey, the largest commune of the Côte Chalonnaise and the source of most of the region's red wine. At 3.20 ha, La Bondue is held in its entirety by a single domaine.
Pinot Noir, red only. The full 3.20 ha is a monopole holding, farmed at a minimum density of 9,000 vines per hectare with a yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha.
