レ・ピダンス
コート・シャロネーズ地区のモンタニィ・レ・ビュクシー村に位置するレ・ピダンスは、プルミエ・クリュの格付けを有する畑である。このアペラシオンにおける主要な一角を占めており、栽培面積は7.12ヘクタールに及ぶ。このクリマの大部分を管理・所有しているのは、地元ビュクシーの生産者団体であるカーヴ・ド・ビュクシーである。モンタニィのプルミエ・クリュは、シャルドネから造られる白ワインのみに認められた称号であり、この畑もその規定に準じている。村内の他の区画と同様に、石灰岩質を基盤とする土壌を有し、標高や斜面の向きといった地形的条件がブドウの成熟に寄与している。大規模な所有者が一貫した管理を行うことで、この土地の個性が安定して表現されている。
Les Pidances is a premier cru in Montagny-lès-Buxy, at the southern end of the Côte Chalonnaise. Montagny is a white-wine-only appellation — Chardonnay exclusively — and every parcel within the commune's delimited zone carries premier cru status, making the individual climat names more a matter of geographic identity than hierarchical distinction.
