Les Gaudichots is a premier cru in Vosne-Romanée, the Côte de Nuits commune that holds Romanée-Conti and five other grands crus alongside a dense mosaic of premier cru *climat*s. Gaudichots sits within this mosaic as one of the smaller parcels — its 0.30 ha of registered holdings make it among the most compact sites in the appellation.
Pinot Noir, red only. Farmed under the Burgundy premier cru framework: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, a yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha, and minimum potential alcohol in the 11.0–11.5% range. Total identified holdings come to approximately 0.30 ha.
