History

Les Craboulettes is a premier cru *climat* in Montagny-lès-Buxy, the Côte Chalonnaise's southernmost commune and its only appellation restricted entirely to white wine. The unusual name — unusual even by Burgundian standards — distinguishes it immediately among the many named sites that make up Montagny's premier cru mosaic.
