コート・シャロネーズ地区のモンタニィ・レ・ビュクシーに位置するレ・クールは、この村を代表するプルミエ・クリュの一つである。総面積は14.62ヘクタールに及び、標高260メートルから320メートルの東向き斜面に広がっている。土壌はバトニアン期の石灰岩を基盤としており、表土には粘土質が含まれる。主要な所有者には、4ヘクタールを擁するドメーヌ・フィヤ・ジュイヨをはじめ、0.79ヘクタールを保持するアルベール・スニ、0.52ヘクタールを持つステファン・アラダムが名を連ねる。そのほか、ドメーヌ・ピニュレや協同組合のカーヴ・ド・ビュクシーもこの畑からワインを生産しており、村内でも重要な栽培面積を占める区画となっている。
Les Coères is a premier cru *climat* in Montagny-lès-Buxy, the southernmost white-wine commune of the Côte Chalonnaise. Montagny has an unusual AOC structure: almost every vineyard in the commune qualifies as premier cru — a generous classification that puts the focus squarely on the producer's skill rather than site differentiation. Les Coères is one of the more substantive individual parcels within that framework.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total roughly 5.31 ha across 5 producers. Montagny whites are typically lean, dry, and mineral — lighter than Mâconnais Chardonnay, with a clean citrus frame that suits early drinking.
