コート・ド・キュイシー

Côte de Cuissy is a Chablis premier cru in the Courgis commune, on the limestone slopes above the Serein river. Courgis holds several named premier cru parcels on its hillsides — each a distinct *climat* within the appellation's tiered structure.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 0.18 ha. Premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, potential alcohol around 11.0–11.5%, yields capped in the 45–48 hl/ha range.
