Côte de Vaubarousse is a Chablis premier cru in the Fyé commune, about 100 km northwest of the Côte d'Or. Fyé sits within Chablis' *climat* mosaic, contributing several named premier cru parcels to the appellation on its Kimmeridgian limestone slopes.
Chardonnay, white only. Premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, potential alcohol around 11.0–11.5%, yields capped in the 45–48 hl/ha range.
