Côte de Jouan is a Chablis premier cru in the Courgis commune, on the limestone slopes above the Serein river. Courgis holds several named premier cru *climats*, and Côte de Jouan is one of the larger parcels among them.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 0.70 ha. Premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, potential alcohol around 11.0–11.5%, yields capped in the 45–48 hl/ha range.
