シャブリ地区のクールジ村に拠点を置くヴィニョブル・アンストは、テロワールの個性を実直に表現する小規模な造り手である。所有する自社畑は、拠点と同じクールジ村内に位置する2つのプルミエ・クリュに特化しているのが特徴だ。その内訳は、わずか0.18ヘクタールという極めて限定的な区画であるコート・ド・ジュアンと、同じく村内のコート・ド・キュイジーで構成されている。グラン・クリュの所有はなく、計2ヶ所のプルミエ・クリュのみを耕作するという独自のポートフォリオは、特定の村の地質や微気候を深く掘り下げようとする姿勢の表れといえる。クールジという土地のポテンシャルを、希少な一級畑のワインを通じて静かに世に問う存在であり、その希少性と専門性の高さが光るドメーヌである。

History
Vignoble Angst is based in Courgis, a Chablis-area village on the left bank of the Serein river with premier cru parcels on its limestone slopes. Courgis sits on the southern fringe of the appellation and contains several premier cru lieux-dits, including Côte de Jouan and Côte de Cuissy.
Winemaking Approach
The estate works two premier cru parcels, both within Courgis. Production is small, with limited public information available.
