ショーム・ド・タルヴァ

Chaume de Talvat is a premier cru *climat* in Courgis, one of the satellite communes whose limestone slopes along the Serein river qualify for the Chablis premier cru designation. Courgis contributes a handful of named parcels to the wider Chablis premier cru map.
Chardonnay only, white wine. Premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, potential alcohol around 11.0–11.
