Profile

1History
Julien Brocard is a Chablis estate working three parcels across three communes. Chablis sits at Burgundy's northern edge, where Kimmeridgean limestone soils and a cool continental climate drive the region's signature mineral intensity.
Winemaking Approach
A small estate with one Grand Cru and two Premier Cru parcels — *Les Preuses*, *Côte de Léchet* and *Montée de Tonnerre* — spread across Chablis, Milly and Fyé. The portfolio covers the full quality range within a tight geographic focus.
