ドメーヌ・ジャン・コレ・エ・フィスは、シャブリ、フレイ、フィエの3つの村に拠点を置く生産者である。計7つの所有畑を擁し、特級畑と一級畑をバランスよく保持しているのが特徴だ。特級畑では、品質において最高位と目されるレ・クロに0.16ヘクタールの区画を持つほか、ヴァルミュールも所有する。一級畑のラインナップはさらに充実しており、シャブリ村のヴァイヨン10ヘクタール、モンマン5ヘクタールのほか、レ・フォレも手掛ける。また、フィエ村に位置し、冷涼なブランショと谷を挟んで向かい合うモンテ・ド・トネールに2ヘクタール、さらにフレイ村のモン・ド・ミリューと、計5つの一級畑を管理している。主要な一級畑を幅広く網羅し、シャブリの多様なテロワールを体現する造り手といえる。

History
Domaine Jean Collet et Fils is a Chablis estate with a holdings profile that stretches across three communes. Chablis sits at the far northern limit of Burgundy, where Kimmeridgean limestone and a cool climate press Chardonnay into lean, mineral-driven wines quite unlike those from the Côte d'Or.
Winemaking Approach
Seven parcels spread over Chablis, Fyé, and Fleys — two of them grand cru, five premier cru — give the domaine a broad palette to work with. The approach follows traditional domaine-bottling, with each climat vinified to express its own character.
