サントーバン村に拠点を置くドメーヌ・ドゥランは、同村のテロワールを精緻に表現する造り手である。所有する3つの畑はすべてプルミエ・クリュに格付けされており、合計面積は約1.2ヘクタールに及ぶ。なかでも中心となるのは、0.7ヘクタールを擁するアン・ルミリーであり、このドメーヌの骨格を成している。これに加えて、レ・ミュルジェ・デ・ダン・ド・シアンを0.37ヘクタール、ル・ピュイを0.12ヘクタール保持し、いずれもサントーバンの優れた一等地に深く根ざしている。グラン・クリュこそ所有していないが、村を代表する一級畑の個性を丁寧に引き出すことに注力している。小規模ながらも、特定の区画に特化したその構成は、この地の地質的特徴を純粋に反映させるドメーヌの姿勢を明確に示している。

Winemaking Approach
The domaine works three premier cru parcels, all within Saint-Aubin. That tight geographic focus lets the estate stay closely attuned to a single village's limestone-rich terroir. Wines are bottled parcel by parcel in the traditional Burgundian manner.
