サントーバン村に位置するスー・ロッシュ・デュマイは、コート・ド・ボーヌ地区のプルミエ・クリュに格付けされている。この畑は、村内の他の銘醸地とともに高品質なワインを生み出す区画の一つである。主要な所有者には、0.94ヘクタールを保有するドメーヌ・ラリュをはじめ、マルク・コラン・エ・セ・フィス（0.44ヘクタール）、ジョセフ・コラン（0.32ヘクタール）が名を連ねる。そのほか、ドメーヌ・ジェラール・トマやF＆D・クレール、マルク・コランもこの地に自社畑を所有している。生産者ごとに異なるアプローチが取られているが、いずれもこのプルミエ・クリュの個性を反映したワイン造りを行っている。
Sous Roche Dumay is a premier cru *climat* in Saint-Aubin, a village that climbs into the hills west of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Saint-Aubin produces Chardonnay at a quality level that rivals its more famous neighbours — and at prices that have long attracted buyers who know the Côte de Beaune well.
