En Montceau is a premier cru *climat* in Saint-Aubin, tucked into the hills behind Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. The village draws less attention than its famous neighbors, yet it produces Chardonnays with real mineral precision — at prices that have made it a discovery ground for value-conscious buyers.
