ボーヌ側に位置するポマールのプルミエ・クリュ、レ・ペズロールは、総面積7.12ヘクタールの畑です。村を二分する川が丘の岩石を洗い流して形成された扇状地にあり、斜面の比較的下方に位置するのがこのエリアの特徴です。ポマール全般に共通する鉄分を含んだ赤い土壌や、保水性の高い粘土質がワインに重量感とタニックな骨格を与えます。しかし、近年の乾燥した夏の影響で土壌の過剰な水分が抑えられ、本来の果実味を損なうことなく、以前よりも洗練されたタンニンを備えるようになりました。主要な所有者には、0.98ヘクタールを擁するドメーヌ・ミュシーをはじめ、ハイツ・ロシャルデやジョセフ・ヴォワイヨ、A-F・グロなどが名を連ねています。
Les Pézerolles is a premier cru in Pommard, the Côte de Beaune's flagship red-wine commune. Pommard carries no grands crus, but its twenty-eight premier crus compensate with striking diversity of character — from the firm tannic grip of Les Rugiens to the more supple registers of parcels like Les Pézerolles. At 3.10 ha, this is a mid-size climat divided among twelve growers.
Pinot Noir, red only. Approximately 3.10 ha across 12 identified owners. Standard Burgundy premier cru requirements: 9,000 vines/ha minimum density, yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha, minimum potential alcohol of roughly 11.0–11.5%.
