コート・ド・ボーヌ地区ポマール村に位置するレ・ブシュロットは、1.84ヘクタールの面積を持つプルミエ・クリュである。この畑は名高いレ・プティ・ゼプノーのすぐ上方に隣接しており、北東側ではボーヌの同名の畑と境界を接する好立地にある。ドメーヌ・コスト・コマルタンが「クロ・デ・ブシュロット」として独占所有していることでも知られる。名称は地元の方言で「小さな藪」を意味する言葉に由来すると考えられている。ワインの性格は、ポマールに典型的な力強さや硬さとは一線を画す。豊かさと丸みを備え、タンニンはシルキーで滑らかな質感を持つ傾向にあるのが特徴である。
Les Boucherottes is a premier cru in Pommard, a Côte de Beaune commune known for structured, firm-fruited Pinot Noir. The *climat* has a single identified owner — compact in scale, as many Pommard premier crus are.
Pinot Noir, red only. Premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, yields held to 45–48 hl/ha.
