レ・ペリエール
コート・シャロネーズ地区のモンタニ・レ・ビュクシーに位置するレ・ペリエールは、この村を代表するプルミエ・クリュの一つである。名称はかつて石切場であったことに由来し、その歴史を反映するように石の多い土壌を特徴とする。栽培面積は全体で7.12ヘクタールに及び、シャルドネから白ワインが造られている。主要な所有者には、0.55ヘクタールを擁するドメーヌ・ベルトネが挙げられる。この畑は標高の高い斜面に位置しており、日照条件に恵まれながらも、冷涼な風が吹き抜けることで果実の酸が保たれる環境にある。石灰岩が露出する痩せた土壌が、ワインに引き締まった構造と明確な輪郭を与えている。モンタニのテロワールを端的に表現する銘醸地である。
Les Perrières is a premier cru in Montagny-lès-Buxy, at the southern end of the Côte Chalonnaise. Montagny is the only Burgundy commune where all premier cru vineyards produce white wine exclusively — Chardonnay from first row to last.
