コート・シャロネーズ地区のモンタニ・レ・ビュクシーに位置するレ・トリュフェールは、このコミューンを代表するプルミエ・クリュの一つである。標高の高い斜面に位置しており、土壌は石灰岩が主体となっている。栽培面積は7.12ヘクタールで、主にシャルドネが植えられている。この一級畑における主要な所有者としては、ドメーヌ・ブルーノ・ロレンゾンが挙げられる。同ドメーヌはこの地のテロワールを反映したワイン造りを行っており、畑のポテンシャルを引き出している。日当たりの良い斜面の恩恵を受けることで、果実は良好な成熟を遂げる。モンタニの格付け規定に従い、高い品質基準を満たす白ワインがこの地から生み出されている。
Les Treuffères is a premier cru *climat* in Montagny-lès-Buxy, at the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise. Montagny is Burgundy's only white-wine-only premier cru commune — every bottle, from village to premier cru level, is Chardonnay. Les Treuffères joins a long list of named premier cru parcels spread across four villages in this tight appellation.
Chardonnay, white only. Farming follows Burgundy's premier cru standard: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, yields held around 45–48 hl/ha.
