Tête du Clos is a premier cru in Chassagne-Montrachet — a small, lightly documented parcel on the white-wine side of that appellation. At just 0.49 ha total, it sits near the top of its *clos* — *tête du clos* meaning, literally, the head of the enclosure — where the slope steepens and soils thin toward bedrock.
