History
Domaine Rossignol-Cornu is based in Pernand-Vergelesses, on the western flank of the Corton hill where the village contributes to both the Corton and Corton-Charlemagne appellations. The estate's three Premier Cru parcels span three different communes — Pernand-Vergelesses, Volnay, and Pommard — an unusual spread for a small domaine.
Winemaking Approach
A small estate with little public information. The parcels in Volnay and Pommard suggest the estate trades across both the northern and southern Côte de Beaune, each appellation demanding a different touch with Pinot Noir.
