モンテリーとリュリーを拠点とするエリック・ド・シュルマンは、計7つのプルミエ・クリュのみを自社畑として管理する稀有な造り手です。本拠地モンテリーでは、ヴォルネーの銘醸畑クロ・デ・シェーヌから続く斜面上方に位置するシュル・ラ・ヴェル（3.09ha）を中心に、ル・クル・デ・シェーヌやレ・バルビエールを所有しています。かつてレ・バルビエールの区画は村名格として扱われていましたが、現在は一級昇格に伴いプルミエ・クリュとして瓶詰めされています。またリュリーにおいても、プレオーやピヨなど4つのプルミエ・クリュを保持し、コート・ド・ボーヌとコート・シャロネーズの両地で存在感を示します。美食家に愛される村の個性を、一級畑の多様なテロワールを通じて表現するドメーヌです。

Winemaking Approach
Eight premier cru parcels across Monthélie and Rully give the estate a two-commune range, with the Monthélie holdings pointing toward red Pinot Noir and the Rully parcels tilting the portfolio toward white. Vineyards are farmed under standard AOC regulations and bottled at the domaine.
