Le Meix Caillet is a premier cru in Rully, in the Côte Chalonnaise. The *caillet* suffix — a diminutive common in place names across southern Burgundy — suggests a small, historically distinct parcel, and at roughly 0.37 ha of identified holdings it remains one of the more intimate *climats* in the appellation.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 0.37 ha. Standard Burgundy premier cru rules apply: minimum 9,000 vines per hectare, yields around 45–48 hl/ha, and potential alcohol starting near 11.0–11.5%.
