Les Jarolières is a premier cru in Pommard, a commune whose premiers crus cluster densely on the mid-slope between the village and the hillside crest. Pommard produces red wine exclusively, and its *climats* — particularly along the central band of the appellation — produce some of the Côte de Beaune's most structured and age-worthy Pinot Noirs. Les Jarolières sits within that central tier, a small parcel with only fractional registered holdings.
