ル・カ・ルジョ
コート・ド・ボーヌのモンテリー村に位置するル・カ・ルジョは、面積0.57ヘクタールの非常に小さなプルミエ・クリュである。ヴォルネー側の斜面の延長線上に広がる、この村の伝統的な一級畑群のまさに中心部に位置している。このアペラシオン全体の傾向として、ヴォルネーの優雅さとオークセイ・デュレスの力強い構造を併せ持つ赤ワインが主体だが、近年は斜面上部を中心に白ブドウの栽培比率も高まっている。当区画の主要な所有者はパスカル・ミュレとシャトー・ド・モンテリーである。シャトー・ド・モンテリーは収穫したブドウを他の畑とブレンドしているが、パスカル・ミュレはこの畑の名を冠した単一区画のワインを瓶詰めする唯一の造り手と目されている。
Le Cas Rougeot is a premier cru in Monthélie, a small Côte de Beaune village wedged between Volnay and Meursault. Though the commune sits in white-wine country, Monthélie leans red — its premiers crus, Le Cas Rougeot among them, produce Pinot Noir that can show real depth without demanding grand cru prices.
Red wine only, from Pinot Noir. Two identified owners work the climat. Standard premier cru parameters apply: minimum 9,000 vines per hectare, yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha, minimum potential alcohol 11.0–11.5%.
