ル・クロ・ド・ラ・ムース
ボーヌに位置するプルミエ・クリュのル・クロ・ド・ラ・ムースは、3.36ヘクタールの面積を有する畑である。名称の「ムース」は湿った場所を意味し、似た名前のクロ・デ・ムッシュとは区別される。立地はルート・ド・ブーズの脇にあり、近隣のクリマと比較して標高が高い。テラス状の比較的平坦な地形で、密な粘土層の上に石灰岩の層が重なる土壌構成となっている。この石灰岩の性質が、ワインに優美なキャラクターを与えている。歴史的には、1826年にその潜在力を見出したブシャール・ペール・エ・フィスが、50年の歳月をかけて全区画を統合した。現在は同家が単独所有するモノポールとなっており、長期熟成に耐えうるポテンシャルを備えたワインが造られている。
Le Clos de la Mousse is a premier cru *climat* in the Beaune commune, part of the Côte de Beaune. Beaune sits at the heart of Burgundy's wine trade — its historic hospices, négociant houses, and extensive ring of premier cru vineyards give it a gravity few communes can match.
