ペルナン・ヴェルジュレス村の北側、サヴィニー・レ・ボーヌへと続く谷の斜面に位置するアン・カラドゥは、総面積約7.12ヘクタールを誇る一級畑である。標高の高い東向きの斜面に広がり、石灰岩が豊富な土壌からは、この地らしい硬質なミネラル感と清涼感を備えたワインが生まれる。主要な所有者には、最大区画を保持するシャンソンをはじめ、メゾン・シャンピーやドメーヌ・ラペ、ポワゾなどが名を連ねる。赤白ともに生産されているが、特にシャルドネの適地として知られ、冷涼な微気候を反映した緻密な構造と、凛とした酸が調和する気品あるスタイルが特徴である。
En Caradeux is a premier cru in Pernand-Vergelesses, the small Côte de Beaune village on the western flank of the Corton hill. Pernand contributes to the Corton-Charlemagne appellation on the hill's upper slopes, and its premier crus occupy the mid-slope terroir below. At 4.06 ha, En Caradeux is one of the more substantial premier cru parcels in the commune.
