ドメーヌ・スープは、シャブリのフィエ村を拠点とする小規模な生産者である。特級畑は所有していないが、この地域を代表する2つの銘醸プルミエ・クリュに計3ヘクタール余りの自社畑を保持している。最大の強みは、シャブリのプルミエ・クリュの中でもとりわけ傑出した存在として知られるモンテ・ド・トネールに、2.75ヘクタールという広大な区画を有している点にある。この面積は多くの著名ドメーヌを凌ぐ規模であり、ドメーヌの根幹を成す。もう一つの所有畑はヴァイヨンで、0.31ヘクタールの小規模な区画を管理している。ヴァイヨンは古典的な辛口から異国的なニュアンスまで多様な表情を見せる広大なクリュだが、ドメーヌはこの対照的な2つのプルミエ・クリュを通じて、シャブリのテロワールの本質を表現している。

History
Domaine Soupe is a small Chablis estate working two Premier Cru parcels — Montée de Tonnerre in Fyé and Vaillons in Chablis — across two communes. Montée de Tonnerre is among the most sought-after premiers crus in the appellation, its south-southeast slope producing wines with notable structure and mineral drive.
Winemaking Approach
A small estate with little public information. The 2.75 ha Montée de Tonnerre holding is the dominant parcel; the 0.31 ha Vaillons provides a second reference point within the Chablis village.
