History
Louis Chenu Père & Filles is a small estate in Savigny-lès-Beaune — a commune northwest of Beaune whose vineyards divide between two distinct slopes flanking the Rhoin valley, producing Pinot Noirs that tend to be lighter and earlier-drinking than their Beaune neighbors. Founding history is not widely documented in public sources. The "Père & Filles" name suggests a father-and-daughters partnership, a configuration seen at several small family domaines across the Côte de Beaune.
