シャブリの街の西側に隣接するポワンシー村を拠点とするA&D・ドーヴィサは、極めて限定的なラインナップに特化した造り手である。ドメーヌが所有する畑は、拠点の村に位置するプルミエ・クリュのボーロワのみであり、その面積もわずか2ヘクタールにとどまる。グラン・クリュの所有はなく、この単一のプルミエ・クリュに注力したワイン造りを行っている点が特徴だ。シャブリ地区のなかでもポワンシーに根ざしたドメーヌとして、特定のテロワールを実直に表現している。総保有畑数が一つという極めて小規模な体制ながら、村を代表する一級畑であるボーロワの個性を守り続けている。派手な拡大を求めず、限られた区画から緻密なワインを生み出すその姿勢は、職人気質なブルゴーニュの伝統的なドメーヌのあり方を体現している。
