レ・プチュール
ポマール村のすぐ南、県道D973号線の直上に位置する4.13ヘクタールのプルミエ・クリュです。その名は湿った土壌を意味しており、隣接するヴォルネイ村のレ・ピテュールと同じ語源を持っています。粘土含有量の高い土壌からは、口当たりが豊かで酸度が控えめなワインが生まれますが、村内最良のクリュが備えるような複雑さには一歩及びません。主な所有者にはドメーヌ・ルジューヌやフランソワ・ビュッフェ、マジリー・ペール・エ・フィスらが名を連ねます。また、ハイツ・ロシャルデが単独所有するクロ・デ・プテュールの区画からは、比較的淡い色調のポマールが造られるのが特徴です。
Les Poutures is a premier cru in Pommard, the principal red-wine commune of the Côte de Beaune. Pommard's style runs toward structure and density — a character that Les Poutures, with registered holdings of roughly 1.35 ha, shares with the commune's wider premier cru tier.
Pinot Noir, red only. Standard premier cru conditions apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, yields in the 45–48 hl/ha range, and minimum potential alcohol around 11.0–11.5%.
