ニュイ・サン・ジョルジュの北部に位置するレ・ディディエは、オスピス・ド・ニュイが所有する2.45ヘクタールの単独所有畑（モノポール）である。この畑は1270年に起源を持つオスピスの歴史と深く結びついており、現在は3月に開催される独自の競売会を通じて、キュヴェ・ファゴン、キュヴェ・カベ、キュヴェ・ジャック・デュレという3つの異なる名前を冠して市場に供給されている。醸造面では伝統的な手法が守られ、セメントタンクでの発酵を経て、新樽比率を抑えた18ヶ月間の熟成が行われる。完成したワインは、マロラクティック発酵後に一度だけ澱引きされる。オスピスが管理する約13ヘクタールの中でも、このプルミエ・クリュは象徴的な存在として知られている。
Les Didiers is a premier cru climat in Nuits-Saint-Georges, located in the Prémeaux-Prissey sector south of the town — the same stretch that contains Clos de l'Arlot and Clos des Forêts Saint-Georges. The entire 2.45 ha belongs to the Hospices de Nuits, making Les Didiers a monopole held by the local charitable hospital in a direct parallel to the Hospices de Beaune's ownership of premier cru parcels across the Côte de Beaune. The Hospices de Nuits auctions its wines annually, with proceeds supporting hospital care in the town.
Les Didiers produces Pinot Noir, red only. At 2.45 ha it is a mid-sized premier cru by Nuits-Saint-Georges standards. The Hospices de Nuits is the sole producer, and the wines appear under that name at auction and in the subsequent market. Premier cru regulations apply: 9,000 vines/ha minimum, yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha.
