Molesme is a premier cru in the Rully commune of the Côte Chalonnaise. Rully anchors the northern end of the sub-region and has built its reputation on white wines from Chardonnay and on Crémant de Bourgogne. Molesme is one of Rully's named *climat* parcels in the premier cru tier.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 3.13 ha. Premier cru norms apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, around 11.0–11.5% potential alcohol, yield ceiling near 45–48 hl/ha.
