クロ・デュ・シャピトル
コート・ド・ニュイ北部のフィサン村に位置するクロ・デュ・シャピートルは、4.79ヘクタールの面積を持つプルミエ・クリュである。かつてラングル大聖堂の参事会が所有していた歴史を持ち、その名称も参事会（シャピートル）に由来する。隣接するクロ・ド・ラ・ペリエールとは石壁と数メートルの段差によって仕切られている。ドメーヌ・ギュイ・エ・イヴァン・デュフルールが単独所有しているが、収穫されたブドウの一部はメオ・カミュゼ・フレール・エ・スールなどのネゴシアンにも供給されている。19世紀前半にはモルロ博士によって、この地で造られていた白ワインが高い評価を受けた記録が残っている。現在は主にピノ・ノワールが栽培され、村を代表する一角を形成している。
Clos du Chapitre is the best-known premier cru in Fixin, and its name records the land's medieval ownership: the *chapitre* — the chapter of canons of the Autun cathedral — controlled these vines for centuries before the Revolution redistributed religious property. Fixin sits at the northern gate of the Côte de Nuits, just south of Marsannay, producing dense, structured reds that draw occasional comparisons to Gevrey-Chambertin's earthier expressions. The *clos* wall that once defined the parcel gave the site its historic legibility as a single, bounded unit.
Pinot Noir, red only. At 4.79 ha of registered holdings, this is Fixin's most substantial premier cru in terms of documented area. Five producers share the climat, though a single estate accounts for the dominant portion. Standard Côte de Nuits premier cru planting and yield rules apply.
