Les Goulots is a premier cru in Gevrey-Chambertin, the largest commune of the Côte de Nuits and the one with the greatest concentration of grands crus — nine in total, anchored by Chambertin and Chambertin Clos de Bèze. The premier cru tier here sits beneath an unusually competitive ceiling, yet retains its own distinct character across a string of named *climat*s that wrap the village slopes.
Pinot Noir, red only. Farmed under Burgundy's premier cru framework: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, a yield ceiling around 45–48 hl/ha, and minimum potential alcohol near 11.0–11.5%. Identified holdings total approximately 0.88 ha across three producers.
