ジヴリのドラシー・ル・フォール村に拠点を構えるドメーヌ・ラゴは、この地のテロワールを実直に表現する造り手である。所有する畑は合計3つと少数精鋭ながら、そのすべてがプルミエ・クリュ（一級畑）で構成されている点が大きな特徴だ。本拠地であるドラシー・ル・フォールに位置する1ヘクタールの「クロ・ジュ」をはじめ、ジヴリを代表する2.14ヘクタールの「ラ・グランド・ベルジュ」、そして「クロゾ」と、質の高い一級畑を揃えている。特級畑は所有していないが、中核となるこれら3つのプルミエ・クリュに注力することで、コート・シャロネーズ地区らしい個性を明確に打ち出している。限られた面積の中で、各クリュの特性を丁寧に反映させたワイン造りを行う、堅実なドメーヌといえるだろう。

History
Domaine Ragot is a small estate based in Dracy-le-Fort, working vineyards across both Dracy-le-Fort and Givry in the Côte Chalonnaise. Givry is a compact appellation historically associated with quality Pinot Noir; Dracy-le-Fort sits just to its north.
Winemaking Approach
A small estate with little public information. Three Premier Cru parcels spread across two communes give the domaine a cross-village range — a wider footprint than its size might suggest.
