History
Domaine du Clos Salomon is based in Givry, the Côte Chalonnaise commune with a centuries-old reputation for red Burgundy. The estate works three Premier Cru parcels across two communes — Givry and Ladoix-Serrigny — an unusual pairing that stretches from the Chalonnaise south into the Côte de Beaune. Founding details are not publicly documented.
Winemaking Approach
