JM Boillot is a small Beaune-based estate. Beaune anchors the Côte de Beaune and is encircled by a wide range of Premier Crus — the town produces substantial quantities of both red and white wine, with hillside premiers crus in multiple exposures.
Winemaking Approach
A small estate with little public information. The domaine holds a parcel in Les Épenottes, a Premier Cru on the southern slopes of Beaune where Pinot Noir produces firm, dark-fruited wines with good structure.
