Marissou is a premier cru in the Rully commune of the Côte Chalonnaise. Rully sits at the northern end of the sub-region and is best known for its Chardonnay-based whites and Crémant production. Marissou forms part of the commune's network of named *climat* parcels.
Chardonnay, white only. Registered holdings total approximately 4.50 ha, making it one of the larger single-owner parcels in the commune. Premier cru norms apply: 9,000 vines per hectare minimum, around 11.0–11.5% potential alcohol, yield ceiling near 45–48 hl/ha.
