コート・シャロネーズ地区のリュリーに位置するラ・フォスは、この村を代表するプルミエ・クリュの一つである。総面積は7.12ヘクタールを擁しており、ドメーヌ・ベルヴィルが0.66ヘクタールを所有する主要な造り手として知られている。そのほか、ジャン・バティスト・ポンソが0.25ヘクタール、ヴァンサン・デュルイ・ジャンティアルが0.23ヘクタールを保持しているほか、クリストフ・グランムジャンやデュルイ・ジャンティアルといった生産者がこの畑の区画を所有し、ワイン造りを行っている。栽培面積や所有者の構成から、複数のドメーヌによって個性が表現されるテロワールであり、リュリーのプルミエ・クリュの多様性を支える重要な一翼を担っている。
La Fosse is a premier cru in Rully, the northernmost commune of the Côte Chalonnaise. Rully built its modern reputation largely on Chardonnay and Crémant de Bourgogne, and La Fosse falls squarely within that white-wine tradition — a 1.14 ha parcel shared among five producers.
